With over 12 years of experience as a real estate investor, Tim brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every transaction. His journey began after graduating from Chaminade High School, where he developed a strong work ethic and a passion for helping others. This drive led him to pursue a bachelor's degree in Psychology and English at Johns Hopkins University, where he was also captain of the baseball team and an academic All-American. He then went on to earn a master's degree in counselor education at Hofstra University where he honed his communication and problem-solving skills.
Throughout his career, Tim has developed a reputation for identifying client needs and exceeding expectations. By employing a systematic approach, he ensures that each client's goals are not only met but surpassed. Whether buying, selling, or renting properties, his focus remains on efficiency and ease, striving to make the process as seamless as possible. Beyond his real estate achievements, Tim is a guidance counselor and former baseball coach in Garden City where he has worked with students and families for almost two decades. Bridget is currently a Guidance Counselor at H. Frank Carey High School, one of five schools in the Sewanhaka Central High School District. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Adelphi University and then continued her educations at Long Island University, CW Post Campus where she completed a Master of Science in School Counseling.
Bridget obtained her Real Estate License to help support her growing family. She is hard working, motivated, and eager; qualities that will make you feel at ease during the process of buying or selling your next home. Many of her students and clients describe her as approachable and easy to talk to.
